Shipping Charges

  • For orders above a minimum value: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders exceeding a certain minimum order value INR 499.
  • For orders below the minimum value: A nominal shipping charge will be applied to orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold. This will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Order Cancellation & Refunds for Shipping

  • Order Cancelled Before Dispatch: If your order is cancelled before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will issue a full refund of the entire order amount, including any shipping charges you may have paid.
  • Order Lost in Transit or Undelivered: In the rare event that your order is lost during transit or cannot be delivered to your specified location, we will provide a complete refund of your order value, including any shipping charges.
  • Partial Order Cancellation: If you choose to cancel only a part of your order, any original shipping charges paid will not be refunded.
  • Returns of Delivered Orders: If you return an order after it has been delivered to you, the original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded. Please refer to our  Refund Policy page for details on product refunds.

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver most of our orders within 5-7 business days for deliveries across India.

Important Note: The delivery timeframe provided is an estimate. Actual delivery times can vary due to factors such as:

  • Product availability.
  • The specific delivery address.
  • Unforeseeable circumstances like natural calamities, public holidays, or logistics challenges that are beyond our control.

How Your Orders Are Delivered

All orders placed on https://bloomshine.in/ are meticulously packed and dispatched through our trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery to your doorstep.


Short Delivery / Product Not Received

In the unfortunate event that you receive an incomplete order or fewer items than you ordered, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify Us Promptly: Share images of the received items along with your invoice to our customer care email ID: info@bloomshine.in within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Our Inspection: We will take up to 10 business days to thoroughly inspect the discrepancy.
  3. Resolution: Once the issue is identified and verified, we will either process a refund for the missing items or arrange to ship the correct/remaining product(s) to you, depending on your preference and product availability.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays can occur. You have the right to cancel your order if there is a shipment delay beyond the estimated delivery time. To do so, please contact us for your online orders at info@bloomshine.in.
