At Bloom & Shine, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. We understand that issues can sometimes arise during shipping and delivery. To help us resolve any problems efficiently, we require a clear unboxing video for all complaints or claims regarding damaged, wrong, or missing products. All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Unboxing Video Guidelines
A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for us to process any claim. Please follow these steps when recording:

Before Accepting the Package:

Inspect the package for any signs of tampering or damage.

If the package appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery.

Take a photo of the package, reject it, and immediately notify us via email at info@bloomshine.in with your order ID and the photo. Your request must be received within 48 hours of the delivery attempt.

Steps for Recording the Unboxing Video:

Start with the Shipping Label: Clearly show the shipping label with all details (tracking number, address, etc.) legible.

Show All Sides: Record all sides of the sealed package to confirm it is intact and untampered.

Open Continuously: Record the process of breaking the seal and opening the package in a single, continuous shot without any cuts or edits.

Inspect All Contents: Clearly show all the items inside the box. Verify that the products match your order and are in good condition.

In Case of Issues:

For Damaged Products: Show a clear close-up of the damaged area.

For Missing Products: Show all received items to prove what is missing from your order.

For Wrong Products: Clearly show the incorrect item received along with the shipping label for context.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation: You can only cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once an order is shipped, we cannot accept any cancellation requests.

Refunds for Cancellation: Once your cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be initiated to your original payment source within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Discount Codes: Discount codes and vouchers are for one-time use. If an order is cancelled for any reason, the discount code will be considered used and cannot be reinstated.
Return and Replacement Policy
We accept returns and replacements only for products purchased directly from www.bloomshine.in.
Products Eligible for Return/Replacement:
An item may be eligible for a replacement or a store credit after verification by our team in the following cases:

Wrong product(s) received.

Expired product(s) received.

Missing product(s) from your order.
Note: For missing/wrong products, you must contact our team within 48 hours of delivery. We can only accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Products Not Eligible for Return/Replacement:
An item will not be eligible for return or replacement in these cases:

The product has been opened, used, or altered.

The product is returned without its original packaging (including tags, freebies, and accessories) or if the packaging is damaged.

The serial number or barcode on the product or packaging has been tampered with.

The return request is raised beyond 48 hours from delivery for damaged/missing products or beyond 7 days from delivery for other issues.

You accepted a tampered or damaged package at the time of delivery.
How to Request a Return/Replacement: Please contact our Customer Delight Team at 9883234128 or email us at info@bloomshine.in to initiate a return or replacement request. We will verify your request and process a replacement, refund, or store credit accordingly. Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability.
Refunds for Returns: If a refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment source within 5-7 business days from the date the refund is initiated. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account is subject to your financial institution’s policies.
Please Note: We do not have an exchange policy. Separate return/refund rules may apply for certain marketing campaigns or sale periods, which will be specified on the website at that time.
Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) of being placed.
Shipping Partner: We partner with third-party logistics service providers to handle the shipping and delivery of your products. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Attempts: Our logistics partner will make a maximum of three delivery attempts within 48-72 hours. If a delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, we reserve the right to cancel the order, and the product will be returned to our warehouse. We may deduct the shipping and delivery charges from any subsequent refund in such cases.
Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, you acknowledge that delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen logistical issues. In such an event, we will make a reasonable attempt to inform you via your registered email or mobile number. We are not liable for any claims arising from such delays.
Secure Delivery: We aim to ensure secure delivery. For this, an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number and/or email. You must provide this OTP to the delivery person to receive your package. Please do not share the OTP with anyone over the phone unless they are physically at your doorstep.
